Build a training routine around your real week

Your goals matter. So do your schedule, available equipment, and the feedback you give your coach.

A useful plan starts with an honest picture of your week. Before choosing sessions, think about the time you can set aside, where you will train, and what you want to work toward.

Share that context with your trainer. In Fit+, workout programs can be organized around a member’s goals and available equipment, so the plan starts with your circumstances.

During a workout, recording sets, repetitions, and weights creates a reference for your next session. A brief note about what felt manageable or difficult can add context that numbers alone do not capture.

Use your check-ins to discuss the pattern across several sessions. A missed workout or a busy week is information your coach can use when reviewing the plan with you.

Keep the next step simple: review the upcoming session, check that the equipment is available, and ask about anything you are unsure of before you start.
